Crêpe Party!

Crêpes are simple and fun, not too serious!

We will have a great time making savory crêpes from buckwheat flour, served with a green salad, and dessert crêpes with hot ganâche sauce and salted-butter caramel, raspberries and vanilla bean ice cream.

For the savory crêpes, also known as galettes, we will have 3 options:

  • Sautéed leeks, garlic and mushroom with chicken

  • Creamy spinach and smoked salmon

  • Pancetta and pear with toasted walnuts and chèvre (goat cheese)

 

Price for a 3 hour class: $75/person*. If less than 10 participants in the class, $750.

*In certain circumstances, love offerings accepted (churches, non-profit organizations).

Host will need to provide the following:

- counter space for each participant

- oven

- beverages

- dinnerware

- ingredients (detailed shopping list will be provided)

Chef Justin will be equipped with portable stovetops, pots and crêpe pans, knives and cutting boards.
