Cook a wonderful dinner for two, and take it home to share with some lucky person! (Or don’t share at all….)
Menu:
Coq au Vin - chicken and lardons (small pieces of bacon) simmered in white wine, heavy cream, carrots, onions, garlic, mushrooms and aromatic herbs until tender.
Gratin Dauphinois - sliced potatoes cooked in garlic, cream and gruyere.
Madeleines - elegant individual French butter cakes.
For ages 11 & up. Participants younger than 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.
