The catacombs

I know it seems macabre, and it is, but truly, a visit to the catacombs is one of the most interesting things you can do while visiting Paris, and I find that so many people miss out.

There are over 186 miles of tunnels under Paris, from the stone quarries that provided the stone from which Paris was built.

During the 1700s, there was a big public health problem due to the number of cemeteries, and the density of the Parisian population, both dead and alive. So a decision was taken to dig up cemeteries and place the bones in the existing underground tunnels.

The catacombs recently closed for renovations, but hopefully they will be reopened in time for your visit!

Lunch at jules verne, in the eiffel tower

This will go down as one of your life’s most memorable experiences - enjoying a 5 course lunch at 2 michelin star restaurant Jules Verne located in the Eiffel Tower!

Click here to see the current menu from Chef Frédéric Anton.

The champs d’elysées

After tasting luxury, I’ll give you the opportunity to buy some luxury to take take home with you, at the likes of Cartier, Chanel, Mont Blanc, Dior, Prada and of course, Louis Vuitton. Free time until dinner, so that you can shop ‘till you drop!
