Croissants

Croissants yes, but also pains au chocolat and pain au raisins !

I have probably taught a couple of hundred croissant classes in the last 11 years, but I never get tired of the smell of flaky croissants baking in the oven…..

How does a 3 hour croissant class work? Before class I will have made some croissant dough that you will shape at the beginning of class; this dough will rise while you are learning to make your own dough, which you will carry home with you and cook at your own leisure. By the end of class our dough will have risen and we’ll be able to enjoy our croissants fresh out of the oven!

Price for class: $85/person*. If less than 8 participants in the class, $850.

*In certain circumstances, love offerings accepted (churches, non-profit organizations).

Host will need to provide the following:

- counter space for each participant to make their dough

- sufficient oven space for the number of participants

- ingredients (detailed shopping list will be provided)

Chef Justin will be equipped with inducted stovetops, pots and pans, knives, cutting boards, dough scrapers, rolling pins and baking trays.
