A few years ago nobody knew what a macaron was…..now everybody is obsessed with these beautiful, colorful, dainty cookies.

Discover for yourself the secrets of how they are made – and why they are so expensive!

Using the French meringue method, we will make 3-5 different flavors, depending on the number of participants.

Flavor options:

  • Dark chocolate

  • Dark chocolate & Earl Grey

  • Dark chocolate & Pink Peppercorns

  • Milk chocolat

  • White chocolat & Raspberry

  • White chocolate & Blueberry

  • Lemon & Poppy Seed

  • Pineapple

  • Café

  • Pistachio

  • Vanilla Bean

Price for a 3 hour class: $85/person, if less than 10 participants, $850.*

*In certain circumstances, love offerings accepted (churches, non-profit organizations).

Host will need to provide the following:

- counter space for each participant

- 1 kitchen aid per every 3-4 participants

- oven(s), preferably, but not necessarily, convection

- ingredients (detailed shopping list will be provided)

Chef Justin will be equipped with induction stovetops, pots and pans, knives, cutting boards, silicone pastry mats and baking trays.
